1) Microfinance

Finance is a crucial resource for initiating development initiatives in sections of society that live in near-subsistence, subsistence or below-subsistence levels. Safal Solutions has a full range of customizable solutions for organizations that provide micro-finance services, ranging from organization specific solutions to industry requirements at large. Combined with the software application is bundled Safal Solutions' experience and expertise in making the software operational including tasks of collating the essential data, relating the manual data to systems data, uploading the initial data and training personnel in the use of the software. The solutions have been designed keeping lower levels of computer literacy in mind and hence are easy-to-use. The solutions are cost effective.

2) Livelihood

It is ironic that while the global environment suffers from the effects of over- consumption there are vast masses of people who still need access to sustainable livelihood. Safal Solutions have developed applications which help manage livelihood operations (SafalJEEVIKA-A), help support the activities towards promoting livelihood (SafalJEEVIKA-B) and help monitor and evaluate the work of organizations involved in a combined project to improve livelihood conditions in different areas (SafalMEAL).

3) SafalHEALTH

SafalHealth 1.0 is a MIS package developed for Deepak Foundation, an NGO located in Vadodara district of Gujarat.

4) Institution and Project management

Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.

5) Community information and system

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and especially the Internet, have shrunk geography. The computer linked with the Internet is not restricted by distance. The potential waiting to be unleashed by utilizing this facility is enormous. Recognizing this the Government of India has launched the National e-Governance Plan which envisages the roll out of 100,000 Common Service Centres (CSCs) in rural India and 10,000 in urban India. With the ICT infrastructure falling into place what is needed is the appropriate applications that can leverage these resources to provide services to rural societies that would help them materially.
